Job Details Responsible for overall management of the organic farming programme (3 year Project) sanctioned under PKVY to KVSSL in Berla Block of Chhattisgarh state. 2. Supervise all activities related to implemaentation of plan monitoring. Organise workshops, seminars, training programs for all interest groups/stakeholders at block level, within the time schedule & Cost parameters with effective resource utilization to maximize the output. 3. Ensure that the aim of market linkages to clusters is properly implemented and farmers are linked to the market before the closure of the programme. 4. Implementation of cluster formation, capacity building including exposure visits, trainings, deployment of manpower in the form of Lead Resource Person (LRPs) and Cluster Coordinators (Cos), management of entire programme implementation including data management, handholding to groups and clusters, facilitating value addition and marketing of PGS certified produce. 5. PGS Certification endorsement physical verification and issue of certificates (C1, C2 & C3) including sample collection and analysis for residue analysis. 6. Timely submission of quarterly reports on financial (fund utilisation/submission of Utilization Certificates) and physical progress (area, crop details) reports. 7. Effective use of existing FPO in Berla and Bemetra Blocks with this project. These FPOs are already in formation under CSS 10,000 FPOs formation scheme of GoI.
