Job Description
We Are Hiring – Executive- Sales & Dispatch (Rajkot Depot)
Company: Aims Oxygen Pvt. Ltd.
We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Executive-Sales & Dispatch to manage sales coordination, customer handling, and dispatch operations at our Rajkot Depot.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations & order confirmations
• Coordinate with plant & logistics team for order execution
• Manage billing, invoicing & delivery challans (DC)
• Plan and ensure timely dispatch of gas cylinders
• Maintain stock records (filled, empty & damaged cylinders)
• Track deliveries and coordinate with drivers/transporters
• Handle customer follow-ups, complaints & ensure satisfaction
• Maintain proper documentation as per company & safety norms
Requirements:
• Graduate (Commerce / Any field)
• 1–3 years experience in sales/dispatch/logistics
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel & billing system / Tally ERP 9
• Good communication & coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced depot environment
