Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team in Gariahat. The role involves generating leads, meeting potential customers, promoting Kotak Life Insurance products, and supporting basic back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential customers.
• Explain Kotak Life Insurance plans and benefits to clients.
• Generate new business and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Follow up with leads and assist in closing sales.
• Maintain client records and update sales data.
• Support back-office tasks such as documentation, data entry, and maintaining customer files.
• Coordinate with the team for policy processing and customer service.

Requirements:

• Minimum Graduate (any stream).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Word preferred).
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Experience:

• Freshers and candidates with sales or back-office experience can apply.

Salary:

Fixed salary + Incentives + Performance bonuses.
