E-Commerce Manager

Position Overview

The E‑Commerce Manager is responsible for managing online marketplace accounts, ensuring smooth operations, accurate financial tracking, and compliance with platform policies. This role bridges finance, operations, and digital commerce, supporting the company’s growth in online sales channels.

Account Management

• Maintain and update seller accounts across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and tax regulations.

Inventory & Order Processing

• Coordinate with warehouse teams to update stock levels.
• Monitor order flow, cancellations, and returns.

Data Analysis

• Generate sales and expense reports to identify trends.
• Provide insights on profitability and cost optimization.

Preferred Skills

> Experience with multiple marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.).

> Knowledge of ERP systems and e‑commerce dashboards.

> Ability to work under deadlines and multitask effectively.
