Presales Executive & Lead Generation Executive

We are a saree wholesale company in Surat looking for a Pre-Sales Executive. You will be the intelligence layer between the market and our sales team — calling brokers and customers, visiting them to understand their requirements, generating leads, and showing sample sets when requested. You will NOT close orders. Your job is to find opportunities and hand them over to our salesman fully briefed.

**What You Will Do:**

- Call brokers and wholesale customers daily to understand what they want and what's moving in the market

- Visit customers to build relationships and gather future requirements — not to sell

- Generate qualified leads and pass them to the sales team with full context

- Show sample sets to customers who request them and explain the range, quality, and construction

- Update brokers on new arrivals, pricing, and availability

- Maintain a daily call and visit log

**What We Are Looking For:**

- Good communicator in Hindi + Gujarati

- Curious and observant — good at asking questions and listening

- Smartphone with WhatsApp

- Textile knowledge is a bonus — not mandatory, we will train.
