Job Description
Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and proactive Technical Executive to handle installation, training, service, and support for computerized embroidery machines across Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interact effectively with customers.
- Key Responsibilities:Installation & Setup:Install and commission computerized embroidery machines at customer sites
- Ensure proper configuration and testing before handover
- Customer Training:Provide hands-on training to customers on machine operation, maintenance, and software usage
- Educate clients on best practices to improve productivity
- Service & Maintenance:Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues
- Technical Support:Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting support
- Respond to customer queries and service requests promptly
- Documentation & Reporting:Maintain service records, installation reports, and customer feedback
- Submit timely reports to management
