Job Description:We are hiring a Service Technician Cum Lead Generator for Tirupati location. The candidate will be responsible for elevator service maintenance along with generating new business leads for modernization, AMC, and new installations.

• Key Responsibilities:Service Technician Duties:Attend service calls, breakdown complaints, and maintenance visits.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance of elevators/lifts.
• Diagnose and rectify electrical/mechanical faults.
• Ensure smooth and safe operation of elevators.
• Maintain service reports and customer visit records.
• Coordinate with customers for service schedules and issue resolution.
• Lead Generation Duties:Identify potential customers for new lift installations, AMC, and modernization projects.
• Meet builders, apartments, hospitals, hotels, and commercial establishments.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, and local networking.
• Share qualified leads with sales team and coordinate follow-up.
• Maintain daily lead generation reports.
• Requirements:ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in elevator service or relevant field.
• Freshers with technical knowledge can also apply.
• Good communication skills in Telugu and basic English.
• Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally.
