Job Description

1. Cash & Collection Management

Daily cash entries in Google Sheet for both collection and deposit.

Ensure 100% cash deposit on the next working day without delay.

PhonePe reconciliation and tagging for each transaction daily.


2. Account Reconciliation & Recovery

Regular reconciliation of all B2B account ledgers.

Continuous follow-up for recovery from pending accounts.


3. CEP File & CRM


4. Vendor & Invoice Handling

All vendor invoices to be collected and sent to Udaipur on time each week.

Ensure no backlog or missing invoice from any vendor.


5. Maitri & B2B Reporting

Daily DRR (Daily Revenue Report) data of Maitri to be sent without fail.

Revenue dump and B2B invoice compilation to be completed every month for accurate tracking.
