Job Role
- Visit sites for installations, escalations, and quality checks
- Handle client complaints and coordination
- Ensure proper service reports and documentation
- Monitor AMC visits and preventive maintenance
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and tool control
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Server, CCTV, DVR/NVR, networking, IT hardware (preferred)
- Experience handling field engineers
- Ready to work onsite
- Good communication and leadership skills
