Job description for In-Store Promoter(ISP)

📋 Key Responsibilities

· EMI Training: Conduct training sessions with store staff and managers on Pine Labs’ EMI offerings.

· Market Visits: Regularly visit assigned stores to maintain strong relationships with merchants and stakeholders.

· Sales Targets: Drive EMI volumes and achieve monthly business targets.

· Customer Handling: Assist customers in understanding and availing EMI options at POS terminals.

· Store Training: Provide onboarding training for new stores and refresher training for existing ones.

· Competitor Analysis: Monitor and report competitor marketing initiatives.

· Feedback Collection: Gather customer and merchant feedback to share with internal teams.

· Service Standards: Ensure merchants receive adequate support and service quality.

🕒 Daily Routine

· Attend morning huddles or agenda-specific calls.

· Reach the first store by around 10-11 AM depending on the location.

· Conduct in-store discussions, troubleshoot issues, and check POS terminals.

· Fill out store visit forms after each visit.

· Day typically ends between 8–9 PM.

💼 Skills & Requirements

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to train and coordinate with store staff.

· Active learning and problem-solving mindset.

· Basic knowledge of POS systems and EMI processes.

· Graduate or higher education; Minimum prior 2 years of experience in Consumer Lending in companies like Bajaj Finserv, HDB, Kotak, ShopSe, Home Credit etc is must.

· Own vehicle for faster commute.

· Salary range: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month (depending on location and experience).
