Job Description

We are hiring Field Sales Executives responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing Gold Loan , LAP business through direct field sales.


  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new leads through field visits, open market, and references
  • Sell Gold Loan and LAP products to prospective customers
  • Conduct customer meetings and explain product features, eligibility, and benefits
  • Build relationships with real estate agents, builders, and DSAs
  • Collect required documents and ensure proper submission for loan processing
  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for faster approvals
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain daily activity reports and sales pipeline
