o Oversee end-to-end ERP implementation across departments.

3. Reporting & Feedback to Directors

o Provide weekly/monthly dashboards with detailed analysis of ERP usage, system errors, and
performance improvements.
o Highlight areas for process optimization and system enhancements to improve overall

4. Training & User Support
o Conduct training sessions for staff across departments, ensuring effective use of the ERP
system.
o Offer support for end-users, resolving system issues and troubleshooting.
o Act as the point of contact for any ERP-related queries and ensure smooth user adoption.
5. ERP System Audits & Process Improvement
o Conduct periodic audits of ERP usage and user access to ensure compliance with company
processes.
o Ensure the system meets business needs through regular reviews and feedback collection.

o Work on continual improvement of system functionalities and recommend updates or
system patches when necessary.
6. Collaboration with IT & Development Teams
o Coordinate with the IT team for necessary system maintenance, updates, and
troubleshooting.
o Collaborate with the ERP vendor or internal developers to identify and implement system
improvements and new modules.

The Tender Executive (GeM) will be responsible for managing the entire tendering process through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal, from bid identification to submission and post-tender follow-up. The role requires a keen understanding of public procurement procedures, strong documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely and accurate bid submissions.
Key Responsibilities:1. GeM Portal ManagementRegularly monitor the GeM portal for new tenders and business opportunities relevant to company products/services.
Register, update, and maintain the company profile and product listings on the GeM portal.
Handle bid participation, reverse auction, and online tender submission through GeM.
2. Tender Preparation & SubmissionStudy tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
Collect required documents from internal departments (technical, finance, legal, etc.) for bid submission.
Prepare pre-qualification documents, technical bid, and commercial bid as per tender requirements.
Upload all required certificates — OEM authorization, MII (Make in India), Warranty, Non-Blacklist Declaration, etc.
Ensure timely submission of bids before deadlines.
3. Documentation & ComplianceMaintain records of all tenders (submitted, won, lost) and supporting documents.
Prepare and maintain standard company documents: GST, PAN, ISO, MSME, Authorization letters, etc.
Prepare necessary affidavits, declarations, and notarized documents (e.g., ₹100 Notary Stamp Certificates).
4. Coordination & CommunicationCoordinate with internal teams (Sales, Purchase, Accounts, OEMs) for bid support and document collection.
Communicate with clients, OEMs, and government departments regarding tender clarifications or queries.
Follow up on bid status and participate in tender openings.
5. Post-Tender ActivitiesManage order acceptance, contract agreement signing, and related formalities after tender award.
Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for billing and dispatch after order receipt.
Prepare performance reports on tender submissions and outcomes.
Required Skills:Proficient in GeM portal operations (Bid participation, Reverse auction, Product upload).
Good knowledge of Government procurement processes and tender documentation.
Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF editing) and Internet research skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field.
