Waiter / Steward

Job Summary:

We are seeking a courteous and service-focused Waiter/Steward to provide excellent food and beverage service to guests. The role involves taking orders, serving food, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience in our café and hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle basic complaints politely
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times
• Prepare bills and handle basic payments (if required)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hotel preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Well-groomed appearance and positive attitude
