Job Description
Job Title: Civil & Structural Draftsman
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 1+ years (typically)
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting: Prepare detailed civil architectural & structural drawings (RCC, steel, foundations) and civil site plans.
- Modeling: Create 3D models and extract 2D drawings using AutoCAD. (REVIT is added point)
- Documentation: Review designs for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project specifications.
- Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site teams to clarify details.
- Calculations: Calculate Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and structural dimensions.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: ITI or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of civil architectural * structural detailing, building codes, and construction methods.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent precision in drafting.
- Communication: Ability to work well in a team.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in civil drafting for steel, construction, or infrastructure projects.
- Ability to conduct site visits to verify measurements if required.
