POSITION : Telemarketing Manager – Aerostar Edtech Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad

Experience: 5+ Years

Industry Preference: EdTech / Education / Sales / BPO / KPO


Role Overview


Aerostar Edtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-driven Telemarketing Manager to lead, train, and scale our telecalling team for student admissions.

This role is not just about managing calls — it’s about driving conversions, optimizing performance, and building a high-output sales engine.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of telecallers (admissions counsellors)
  • Drive daily, weekly & monthly admission targets
  • Monitor call quality, conversions & follow-up cycles
  • Build and optimize sales scripts and pitch frameworks
  • Train team on objection handling & closing techniques
  • Ensure proper lead allocation and CRM usage
  • Analyze performance metrics and improve team efficiency
  • Coordinate with marketing team for lead quality & funnel improvement
  • Maintain discipline, reporting, and productivity standards
