POSITION : Telemarketing Manager – Aerostar Edtech Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Vastrapur, Ahmedabad
Experience: 5+ Years
Industry Preference: EdTech / Education / Sales / BPO / KPO
Role Overview
Aerostar Edtech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-driven Telemarketing Manager to lead, train, and scale our telecalling team for student admissions.
This role is not just about managing calls — it’s about driving conversions, optimizing performance, and building a high-output sales engine.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of telecallers (admissions counsellors)
- Drive daily, weekly & monthly admission targets
- Monitor call quality, conversions & follow-up cycles
- Build and optimize sales scripts and pitch frameworks
- Train team on objection handling & closing techniques
- Ensure proper lead allocation and CRM usage
- Analyze performance metrics and improve team efficiency
- Coordinate with marketing team for lead quality & funnel improvement
- Maintain discipline, reporting, and productivity standards

- Lead to conversion ratio
- Daily talk time & follow-up efficiency
- Revenue generated from telecalling team
- Team productivity & target achievement

- Required SkillsStrong experience in tele-sales / inside sales / admissions
