Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Admissions & Sales Counseling
- Inquiry Management: Handling inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, social media, and walk-ins.
- Conversion: Counseling parents and students regarding courses, fee structures, and career opportunities to convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Lead Tracking: Using Excel to maintain a pipeline of prospects, ensuring "zero enquiry leakage," and submitting daily/weekly conversion reports.
- Documentation: Handling the entire admission process, including fee collection, issuing admission kits, and finalizing student records.
2. Administration & Operations
- Front Office Management: Managing daily center operations, including front desk handling and ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Records Maintenance: Maintaining accurate student databases, attendance records, and teacher files.
- Fee Tracking: Following up on fee payments, processing receipts, and coordinating with the finance team.
- Inventory & Supplies: Managing office supplies and teaching materials.
3. Academic Coordination & Support
- Scheduling: Organizing schedules, managing batch allocations, and notifying students/parents of class timings.
- Teacher Coordination: Coordinating teacher availability, monitoring attendance, and tracking classroom discipline.
- Event Planning: Assisting in organizing workshops, assessments, and parent-tutor meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: A Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience, with freshers often encouraged.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English + Kannada & Hindi).
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, empathetic, and persuasive persona to handle student/parent inquiries.
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiar with digital communication tools (WhatsApp, Email).
- Multitasking: Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment.
