Job Description
A Senior HR Executive with 3+ years of experience in the textile industry manages end-to-end HR functions, focusing on factory-floor recruitment, labor law compliance, payroll, and employee relations. Key responsibilities include managing high-volume, blue-collar hiring, reducing turnover, and maintaining a productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, interview, and onboard factory workers and office staff.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, including the Factories Act, ESIC, and PF, particularly in.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee grievances, labor unions, and resolve conflicts.
- Payroll & Attendance: Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.
- Performance & Development: Conduct performance appraisals and training programs.
