Key Responsibilities

  • Client Interaction:
  • Connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and suggest suitable property options.
  • Sales Support & Execution:
  • Assist in the sales process including lead handling, site visits, follow-ups, and closing deals.
  • Lead Management:
  • Handle assigned leads, follow up regularly, and convert inquiries into site visits and bookings.
  • Property Presentation:
  • Explain project features, pricing, and benefits clearly to clients during calls and site visits.
  • Market Awareness:
  • Stay informed about available inventory, ongoing projects, and basic market trends in Bangalore.
  • Target Achievement:
  • Work towards achieving individual sales targets set by the management.
  • Coordination:
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth client handling.

Experience

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Management:
  • Handle and qualify incoming leads from various sources, including online platforms, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Identify potential clients and assess their requirements for better targeting.
  1. Client Engagement:
  • Conduct initial calls to introduce company services and understand customer needs.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested clients with the sales team.
  • Build rapport with prospective clients, answering their queries and providing relevant project information.
  1. Database Management:
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client details, status of leads, and feedback.
  • Follow up with leads periodically to nurture them and keep them engaged.
  1. Collaboration with Sales Teams:
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to final deal closure.
  • Provide detailed client insights and requirements to the sales team for effective follow-ups.
  1. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly pre-sales activities and lead conversion rates.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance the lead management and pre-sales processes.
  1. Market Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on the real estate market, ongoing projects, and competitor activities to provide accurate information to clients.



Key Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
