Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will manage client communication, lead follow-ups, property listings, and assist in marketing activities to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities
🔹 Administrative & Executive Support
- Manage calendars, meetings, and daily schedules
- Handle calls, emails, and client inquiries
- Prepare and organize documents, agreements, and reports
🔹 Lead Management & Sales Support
- Handle incoming leads from ads, calls, and portals
- Qualify leads based on budget and requirements
- Follow up consistently to convert prospects into site visits
- Maintain and update CRM records
🔹 Client Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate site visits
- Communicate with buyers, sellers, and developers
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from inquiry to closure
🔹 Property Listing Management
- Upload and manage listings on platforms like MagicBricks, 99acres, and Housing.com
- Write property descriptions and manage updates
- Coordinate photos, videos, and marketing materials
🔹 Marketing & Social Media Support
- Assist in posting content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Handle WhatsApp inquiries and campaigns
- Support execution of Meta Ads and lead generation campaigns
- Coordinate with designers for creatives
🔹 Site Visit & Closing Support
- Confirm and manage property visits
- Prepare brochures, pricing sheets, and presentations
- Assist in documentation and follow-ups during deal closure
🔹 Data & Reporting
- Track leads, conversions, and campaign performance
- Prepare daily/weekly reports
- Conduct basic market research on pricing and trends

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in real estate / sales support (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (English + local language)
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms
- Good organizational and multitasking ability
