Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Retail Sales & Customer ServiceAssist customers in selecting sports equipment, apparel, and accessories based on their requirements.

• Provide product knowledge on cricket, badminton, tennis, and other sports gear.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Handle billing and POS operations.
• Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with customers.

2. Racket Stringing ServicesPerform badminton and tennis racket stringing using electronic/manual stringing machines.

• Advise customers on appropriate string types, tension levels, and replacement schedules.
• Ensure proper handling and care of rackets during the stringing process.

3. Cricket Bat Repair & MaintenancePerform basic cricket bat services such as:

• Bat knocking
• Handle replacement
• Toe guard installation
• Grip replacement
• Minor bat repairs
• Guide customers on bat maintenance and preparation.

4. Store OperationsManage product display and merchandising.

• Monitor stock levels and report inventory requirements.
• Ensure proper tagging and barcoding of products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

5. Inventory & Stock ManagementAssist in stock receiving, checking, and shelving.

• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support periodic stock audits.
