Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and technically sound Fresher Architect who is ready to transition from academic projects to real-time execution. This role requires strong software proficiency, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a structured, deadline-oriented environment.

This is not just a drafting role. You will be involved in design development, working drawings, coordination, and presentations.

Core Responsibilities

• Preparation of detailed architectural drawings (Plans, Sections, Elevations, Working Drawings)

• Development of 3D models and high-quality renderings

• Assisting in concept design and design development stages

• Preparation of presentation sheets and client decks

• Coordination with structural, MEP, and site teams

• Supporting documentation and BOQ preparation where required

• Maintaining drawing standards and revision controls

Technical Skill Requirements (Mandatory)
