Surveillance Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Surveillance Officer to monitor and ensure the safety, security, and compliance of operations within the hospitality environment. The role involves overseeing CCTV systems, identifying suspicious activities, and supporting loss prevention efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV footage and surveillance systems across the premises
• Identify, investigate, and report any suspicious or unusual activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations
• Record and maintain logs of incidents, observations, and daily activities
• Coordinate with security and operations teams during incidents or emergencies
• Conduct routine checks of surveillance equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Assist in investigations related to theft, fraud, or policy violations
• Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data and sensitive information
• Prepare incident reports and escalate issues to management when required
• Support crowd monitoring and safety during peak hours or events

Key Requirements:

• Key Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in surveillance/security, preferably in hospitality, gaming, or retail
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance tools
• Strong observation and analytical skills
• High level of integrity and confidentiality
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly
• Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
