Associate Director

KPMG Delivery Network (KDN) is seeking an experienced AI Architect to provide enterprise-level leadership in AI platform architecture, ensuring that KDN’s AI solutions—across Audit, Tax, and Advisory—are scalable, secure, explainable, and globally deployable. The Director will define the cross-platform architecture blueprint integrating into AI/ Agent Factory

Key responsibilities include:

1.Strategic Architecture Leadership:•Define the multi-cloud AI reference architecture integrating Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and GCP Vertex AI for hybrid deployment.•Architect modular AI solutions (agents, twins, copilots) with interoperability across cloud platforms.•Drive “Agent-as-a-Service” architecture through headless agent frameworks, orchestrators, and Foundry microservices.2.Technical Governance & Standards:•Establish technical blueprints for data governance, prompt management, model observability, and AI assurance.•Develop security-by-design patterns ensuring alignment with AI Governance and Confidential AI standards.3.Solution Design & Integration:•Design API, containerization, and orchestration layers using Kubernetes, AKS, Ray, and MLflow pipelines.•Enable rapid AI agent development leveraging LangChain, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, and LlamaIndex.4.Stakeholder Management:•Collaborate with Global AI, Regional and Global Delivery Centre leadership to align AI engineering priorities.•Partner with CIO/CTO offices of member firms to ensure scalable enterprise integration.

Educational Qualifications

•PhD/Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or Data Engineering.•12+ years of experience in technology architecture, including 5+ in enterprise AI/ML.•Expertise in multi-cloud AI architecture, MLOps, vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate), and secure model deployment.

Performance Indicators

•100% AI architectural compliance across Foundry projects.•30% reduction in time-to-market for new AI products.•Seamless integration of 3+ hyperscaler pipelines within FY.
