Role Summary

We are seeking a mid–senior GenAI / Agentic AI Architect with strong hands‑on development skills and experience in building multi-agent systems, RAG pipelines, tool‑using agents, and production-grade AI platforms. The role requires strong client-facing capabilities, including stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, RFP contributions, and business relationship development. You will act as a player-coach, providing need-based mentorship across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

• Design and implement LLM-driven reasoning, planning, and decision-making pipelines.
• Build multi-agent architectures, including planner–executor and coordinator–specialist models.
• Develop agent communication protocols, state-sharing, collaboration, and optimization strategies.
• Implement RAG systems using embeddings, vector search, hybrid retrieval, and re‑ranking.
• Build tool-using agents integrating with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.
• Implement short-term, long-term, and episodic memory for agent workflows.
• Create evaluation frameworks for accuracy, grounding, hallucination, latency, cost, and reliability.
• Apply prompt engineering and parameter-efficient tuning (LoRA/adapters).
• Deploy and maintain AI workloads in production using CI/CD, observability, and resilient architectures.
• Continuously optimize cost, latency, model performance, and tool efficiency.

Client & Business Responsibilities

• Engage with multiple client stakeholders across business, technology, and executive teams.
• Lead and facilitate AI discovery workshops, architecture sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
• Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and technical write‑ups.
• Build and nurture long-term business relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into actionable GenAI/agentic solution designs.
• Present prototypes, PoCs, architecture options, and delivery roadmaps to senior stakeholders.
• Manage expectations, risks, and communications across multi-client engagements.

Required Skills

• Hands-on expertise in LLMs, agentic AI, and multi-agent frameworks (AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, LangGraph).
• Experience building tool-using agents, RAG systems, and function-calling pipelines.
• Proficiency in Python or C#/TypeScript and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Knowledge of enterprise security, content safety, and responsible AI.
• Experience with vector databases (Azure AI Search, Pinecone, pgvector, Redis).
• Excellent communication skills for client and stakeholder interactions.

Preferred Skills

• Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, Azure Functions, AKS/Container Apps.
• Experience in BFSI, Automotive, Retail, or Manufacturing sectors.
• Pre-sales experience including proposal development and account growth.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation ability.
• Client relationship management and stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to multitask across engagements and manage ambiguity.
• Collaborative mindset with mentoring capability.
