Job Summary

This role supports pharmaceutical forecasting and ad‑hoc consulting projects, focusing on advanced data analysis, forecast model development, and solution design. The candidate will manage end‑to‑end project delivery with minimal supervision while collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure high‑quality, timely, and impactful outcomes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver forecasting and consulting projects in line with agreed objectives and timelines

• Develop and redesign forecast models from scratch, including patient flow models and baseline trending

• Perform advanced data and analogue analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations

• Design and implement custom tools and frameworks to meet client needs

• Ensure quality checks, validation, and adherence to delivery standards

• Manage client communication and act as a trusted advisor

• Guide and support junior team members and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiatives

Mandatory Skills

• Pharma Forecasting experience (2–5 years)

• Advanced proficiency in Excel

• Good working knowledge of database concepts and queries

• Strong skills in data analysis, forecasting logic, and modeling

• Effective communication, client management, and ownership mindset

• Working knowledge of PowerPoint for client presentations
