Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a skilled Python Developer with expertise in AI and machine learning to join our technology team. This role involves developing scalable backend solutions, optimizing application performance, and integrating AI models into enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and maintainable applications that support business innovation and operational excellence.

Software Requirements

• Required:

  • Proven proficiency in Python (latest stable version) with extensive experience in developing backend components and RESTful APIs

  • Experience with web frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI

  • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

  • Familiarity with Git for version control

  • Experience with ORM libraries such as Django ORM or SQLAlchemy

  • Basic understanding of frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker

• Preferred:

  • Experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools

  • Understanding of microservices architecture

  • Experience with data processing and machine learning models (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)

Overall Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions and REST APIs using Python frameworks

• Collaborate with data scientists, front-end developers, and DevOps teams to integrate AI/ML models and optimize systems

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with thorough testing and documentation

• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance, scalability, and security

• Support deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure setups for continuous delivery

• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior team members

• Stay updated on emerging AI, ML, and backend development trends and incorporate best practices into projects

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years in Python development, with proven expertise in AI and ML model integration

• Extensive experience building and deploying scalable backend applications and APIs

• demonstrated success working across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments

• Experience developing AI/ML solutions (preferred) in healthcare, finance, or enterprise sectors is advantageous

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop and optimize backend systems and APIs supporting AI-driven applications

• Collaborate with data scientists and product teams to incorporate ML models into software solutions

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to performance and security

• Write unit tests and perform code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability

• Support CI/CD automation, cloud deployment, and infrastructure scaling efforts

• Document system architecture, data workflows, and best practices for ongoing support and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Extensive hands-on experience with Python, AI/ML frameworks, and backend development

• Certifications related to cloud platforms, AI/ML, or backend development (preferred)

• Demonstrated ability to deliver robust, high-performance enterprise applications
