Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, you will lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to implement quality processes, tools, and methodologies that enhance control, accuracy, and integrity in testing. You will also focus on evolving predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to drive improvements in quality engineering.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in testing methodologies.
- Continuously assess and improve testing processes to ensure alignment with industry best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Design and implement automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber BDD.
Write and maintain feature files in Gherkin syntax for behavior-driven development.
Develop test scripts in Java or other supported languages.
Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
Perform API testing using tools like RestAssured, Postman, or SoapUI.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and QA leads.
Lead defect triage meetings, manage test environments, and ensure test coverage.
Mentor junior testers and contribute to process improvements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Embedded Applications Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
