We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to manage the full recruitment cycle, lead the hiring team, coordinate with clients / departments, and ensure timely closure of positions. The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and multiple clients management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Handle team of recruiters and coordinators
- Understand client / company hiring requirements
- Plan hiring strategies for bulk & lateral hiring
- Coordinate with HR, Managers, and Clients
- Maintain recruitment reports and trackers
- Ensure joining targets are achieved
- Handle vendor / consultancy coordination
- Conduct interviews and final selection
- Manage offer rollout and joining follow-ups
🎓 Required Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Team handling experience
- Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
