Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers with a smile and provide excellent service

Explain products and suggest items, combos, and bestsellers

Prepare shakes, waffles, sundaes, and popsicles as per standards

Handle billing and POS accurately

Manage basic stock and inform seniors about shortages

Maintain cleanliness of store, counter, and equipment

Follow hygiene and grooming standards
