Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greeting guests, taking orders, and providing menu recommendations.
- Beverage/Food Prep: Preparing coffee (espresso, lattes), teas, smoothies, and light food (sandwiches, pastries) according to recipes.
- Operations & Cleanliness: Cleaning espresso machines, clearing tables, washing dishes, and keeping the station organized.
- Cash Handling: Operating the POS system, processing payments, and managing transactions.
- Inventory: Restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels.
