Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greeting patrons, taking orders, and providing recommendations.
- Beverage Preparation: Operating espresso machines, grinders, and brewers to make coffees, teas, and specialty drinks.
- Food Service: Serving pastries, sandwiches, and other menu items.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Cleaning work stations, tables, and equipment, and following sanitation protocols.
- Operations & Cashiering: Handling cash/card payments, restocking inventory, and managing supplies.
