Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greeting patrons, taking orders, and providing recommendations.
  • Beverage Preparation: Operating espresso machines, grinders, and brewers to make coffees, teas, and specialty drinks.
  • Food Service: Serving pastries, sandwiches, and other menu items.
  • Cleaning & Maintenance: Cleaning work stations, tables, and equipment, and following sanitation protocols.
  • Operations & Cashiering: Handling cash/card payments, restocking inventory, and managing supplies.
