Excellent Command over the local language of the state
Well versed skill set for approaching ; handling customer
Prefer localites or from nearby cities
Self-motivated, sincere & committed to deliver the results
Smartphone is a must have

JOB
DESCRIPTION
Responsible for installation of Airtel Broadband connection at residential & commercial complex
Responsible for installation, shifting, reactivation, speed / technology upgradation for airtel broadband /
DTH & surveillance customers in the defined area
Ensure timely installation along with Quality workmanship
Ensure full satisfaction of customers in terms of installation of Airtel Broadband Connection
Adhere to Standard operating procedure (SOP) & Processes laid down by Airtel
Respond immediately for Installation request generated by Sales team ; ensure
Ensure the productivity as per the defined criteria & ensure delivery of KPI as per defined targets
Maintain desired /defined etiquettes at the time of visit to customer premises
Identify improvement areas & devises corrective measures
Continuously devise ways to improve customer experience
Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
