Job Description – Field Sales Officer (FOS)

Location: Aminjikari, Chennai

Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Officer (FOS) to drive sales of insurance products through field activities. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer interaction, and achieving assigned sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Generate leads through field visits, references, and local market activities
• Meet potential customers and explain insurance products
• Convert prospects into customers by effective follow-ups
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Update sales activities in CRM/mobile applications
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy processing

Eligibility Criteria:Education:

• Minimum Graduation preferred

Experience:

• 0–3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in insurance or BFSI)
• Required Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach
• Ability to work in a field environment
• Basic knowledge of smartphone usage and CRM applications
• Language Requirement:Fluency in Tamil (local language) and English is mandatory
