Job Description
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by coordinating sales activities, maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, customers, and internal departments.
- Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support daily sales operations and activities
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and related documents
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems
- Act as a point of contact between sales team, customers, and internal departments
- Follow up with customers on orders, deliveries, payments, and feedback
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations
- Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of products/services
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues in coordination with the sales team
- Support sales meetings, schedules, and follow-ups
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
