Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by coordinating sales activities, maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between sales, customers, and internal departments.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support daily sales operations and activities
• Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and related documents
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems
• Act as a point of contact between sales team, customers, and internal departments
• Follow up with customers on orders, deliveries, payments, and feedback
• Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of products/services
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in coordination with the sales team
• Support sales meetings, schedules, and follow-ups
