Job Description
We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team.
You will be responsible for procuring and handling leads, converting inquiries into successful sales, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Based on your performance and leadership skills, you’ll have the opportunity to recruit, train, and manage a sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and handle incoming leads and convert them into sales.
- Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and site visits.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- (Optional senior role) Recruit and manage sales executives.
- Contribute to improving overall sales strategies and performance.
Requiremetents:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
