ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound patient calls, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and healthcare enquiries. The ideal candidate has prior healthcare or hospital call centre experience, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to handle sensitive conversations with care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle inbound calls from patients — appointment booking, enquiries, directions, and service information

• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-up calls, health package promotions, and feedback collection

• Accurately register patient details and update records in the Hospital Management System (HMS/CRM)

• Coordinate with OPD, departments, and doctors' schedules to ensure smooth appointment management

• Handle patient complaints and service queries with patience and professionalism; escalate when required

• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and appointment conversion metrics

• Maintain call logs, daily MIS reports, and feedback records

• Support health camp registrations, wellness programme outreach, and corporate health drive coordination

• Follow up with patients post-consultation for satisfaction and return visit scheduling

• Adhere to patient confidentiality norms and data privacy guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Any Graduate or 10+2 with strong communication skills

• 0-1 year of experience in telecalling, patient coordination, or healthcare CRM

• Excellent spoken communication in English, Hindi, and local language (Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam as applicable)

• Pleasant, empathetic telephone manner with the ability to handle difficult conversations calmly

• Working knowledge of HMS, CRM tools, or appointment management software

• Good typing speed and data entry accuracy

• Target-oriented with the ability to handle high call volumes
