Job Description

We are looking for a smart and responsible Office Assistant / Sales Executive who can handle customer sales along with basic office and accounting work for our computer and IT products store.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Handling

  • Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements
  • Suggest suitable PC builds, laptops, components and accessories
  • Explain product features, pricing and offers
  • Convert inquiries into sales

Office & Backend Work

  • Prepare quotations, invoices and delivery challans
  • Maintain customer records and sales data
  • Handle WhatsApp, phone and email inquiries

Basic Accounts Work

  • Entry of sales and purchase bills
  • Maintain daily cash records
  • Assist in GST billing and documentation
  • Basic knowledge of Tally / Busy / accounting software preferred
