Job Title: E-Commerce Marketing Manager

Location D 822 urbtech tower

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and performance-driven E-Commerce Marketing Manager with deep expertise in managing and scaling brands across multiple online marketplaces. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other emerging e-commerce channels.

This role requires someone who understands the complete ecosystem — from product listing to performance marketing, SEO, and revenue scaling.


Key Responsibilities (Core Duties)

1. Marketplace Management



End-to-end management of seller accounts on all major platforms



Deep understanding of algorithms, ranking factors, and platform-specific growth strategies



Managing catalog listings, A+ content, brand stores, and product visibility



Ensuring compliance with each platform’s policies and guidelines




2. Sales Growth & Revenue Optimization



Drive aggressive sales growth across all marketplaces



Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal sales



Optimize pricing strategies, margins, and profitability



Monitor daily sales performance and identify growth opportunities




3. SEO & Product Ranking Expertise



Strong expertise in marketplace SEO (Amazon SEO, Flipkart SEO, etc.)



Keyword research, backend search terms, and listing optimization



Improving organic ranking and conversion rates



Continuous A/B testing of titles, images, and descriptions




4. Advertising & Performance Marketing



Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.)



ROI-driven ad strategy and budget allocation



Scaling high-performing campaigns and reducing ACoS



Deep understanding of PPC, display ads, and retargeting




5. Inventory & Operations Coordination



Work closely with inventory and logistics teams



Maintain healthy stock levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking



Coordinate with warehouses and fulfillment channels (FBA, etc.)




6. Data Analysis & Reporting



Analyze dashboards, reports, and KPIs regularly



Track metrics like conversion rate, CTR, ROAS, ACoS, and revenue



Generate insights and actionable strategies from data




7. Platform Expansion & Strategy



Identify and onboard new marketplaces and quick commerce platforms



Build strategies for scaling on platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart



Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new tools




Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum 3–4 years of hardcore hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace management



Proven track record of scaling sales on Amazon, Flipkart, and quick commerce platforms



Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, and performance marketing



Deep understanding of marketplace algorithms and analytics



Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills



Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment




Preferred Qualifications



Experience in D2C brands or multi-category product handling



Knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar



Strong communication and team coordination skills
