Job Title: Client Handling Executive (IndiaMART Process)

Location:Buddh Nagar, Surajpur, Greater Noida

Job Type:Full-Time | Day Shift

Experience Required:Minimum 12 months

Salary:₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and communicative Client Handling Executive to manage client interactions and handle IndiaMART-related processes. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills and be ready to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client communication via calls, emails, or chat
• Manage and respond to inquiries from IndiaMART platform
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Provide accurate information about products/services
• Ensure timely follow-ups and issue resolution

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• At least 12 months of relevant experience
• Good communication skills in English
• Basic understanding of client handling
• Immediate joiners preferred
