Job Description

Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, providing feedback to product and engineering teams to improve the customer experience.

Proactive Support: Monitor customer health and take a proactive approach to address any issues or challenges customers face.

Renewals and Upselling: Work with the sales team to identify opportunities for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells to meet customer needs.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction.

Customer Success Plans: Develop customized success plans for customers to help them achieve their goals using our product/service.

Reporting and Metrics: Track customer usage, satisfaction, and engagement metrics, providing regular updates to leadership.

Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
