E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage daily office operations, coordinate administrative tasks, and support e-commerce activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing human resources, financial processes, inventory control, and communications while ensuring smooth coordination with social media and e-commerce agencies. Additionally, the candidate should have a solid understanding of social media and Google marketing to contribute to brand growth and online visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executive Administrative Support: Assist management with scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
• Communication Management: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
• Inventory Control: Assist in monitoring and managing stock levels.
• E-Commerce & Social Media Coordination: Work closely with e-commerce platforms and social media agencies to drive online presence and engagement.
• Digital Marketing Support: Assist in optimizing product listings, running ads, and monitoring performance on e-commerce platforms.
• Social Media & Google Marketing:
• Support brand growth through social media strategy and content planning.
• Collaborate with agencies to manage Google Ads campaigns and SEO optimization.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to improve outreach and engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in e-commerce, office administration, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, social media management, and Google marketing tools (Google Ads, SEO, analytics).
• Proficiency in MS Office and business management tools.
