Job Description
Role:
Manage day-to-day outlet operations, ensure smooth service, handle customers, and maintain team and inventory efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily store operations, hygiene, and service quality
- Manage staff, scheduling, and basic training
- Ensure good customer experience and resolve issues
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and minimise wastage
- Track sales and maintain basic reports
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in QSR / retail / F&B
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and POS
- Comfortable with 10-hour shifts and flexible timings
