What would you do? You will be aligned with our Risk and Compliance vertical and help us in leading a team, managing stakeholders, perform compliance reviews, publish reports with actions and provide closure guidance as needed. We design & recommend effective controls to mitigate risks and help service delivery team prepare for upcoming client / external audits. Risk & Compliance involves identifying, assessing, and managing risks to ensure an organization adheres to laws and regulations. This role includes developing risk management strategies, conducting compliance audits, and implementing policies to mitigate risks. It also involves monitoring regulatory changes and ensuring the organization remains compliant. The goal is to protect the organization from legal and financial risks while maintaining ethical standards. Audit and manage effective implementation and delivery of functional processes within operations to mitigate risk. e.g. Policies; Anticorruption, BCM, InfoSec, P104, Records Management and Contractor controls. Establish processes to audit/validate current control effectiveness and drive improvements wherever required.

Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems • May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures • The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor • May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture • Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments • Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside • Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
