Job Description

Hiring: Accounts Executive – Banking, Payments & Receivables


📍 Hubli | 👩 Female Preferred


💰Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000


🕒 Experience: 2–5 years


Key Responsibilities:

1. Daily bank entries for Unit-1, Unit-2, Trading & Agrotech

2. Verify retail cash sales & UPI/PhonePe entries

3. Handle transport payments & vendor payments

4. Follow up for receivables and Agrotech advances

5. Reconcile inter-company ledgers

Tally entries, cheque/cash deposit tallies, bulk upload payments


6. Prepare daily creditors payment list for MD approval

7. Insurance payments, documentation & license renewals

8. Salary working before 7th of every month


Requirements:

Good knowledge of Tally & banking operations, Strong follow-up and documentation skills
