Job Description

We are hiring a smart and responsible Chief Cook for our QSR cloud kitchen.

You will be handling Cooking, kitchen management, Swiggy/Zomato operations, and daily order handling.


Key Responsibilities

• Food preparation & cooking

• Maintain taste, portion & hygiene standards

• Handle Swiggy/Zomato dashboards

• Ensure fast and accurate order dispatch

• Manage daily opening/closing of kitchen

• Maintain inventory & reduce wastage

• Coordinate with suppliers and delivery partners

• Reporting to Kitchen Owner


Requirements

• Min 1 year experience in cloud kitchen/QSR outlets (preferred)

• Cooking skills needed for QSR operations.

• Ability to handle rush orders

• Honest, disciplined & reliable

• Must be comfortable with both cooking and operations tasks
