Job Title:CNC Router Cutting Machine Operator & CAD Designer

Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled CNC Router Operator with experience in CAD designing. The candidate will be responsible for preparing design files, operating CNC router machines, and ensuring accurate cutting of materials such as wood, acrylic, MDF, and metal sheets.

• Key Responsibilities:Operate and maintain CNC router cutting machines.
• Create and modify designs using CAD software (AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, SolidWorks, etc.).
• Convert design files into machine-readable formats (G-code).
• Set up tools, materials, and machine parameters before operation.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure precision and quality output.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
• Optimize cutting processes to reduce material waste and production time.
• Follow safety guidelines and workplace procedures.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Programming, or related field.
• Proven experience as a CNC Router Operator.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of CAM software and G-code programming.
• Understanding of different materials and cutting techniques.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:Experience with CNC nesting software.
• Knowledge of laser cutting or VMC machines is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with maintenance of CNC machines.
• Working Conditions:Factory/workshop environment.
• May require standing for long hours.
• Use of safety equipment (gloves, goggles, etc.).
