Your Team

 

The client research team plays a pivotal role in providing in-depth analysis, data and insights to help Invesco make informed business decisions based on what our clients are looking for. The core responsibilities of this team include  

 

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for client research, data analysis, and improving the experience we deliver to our clients.

  

Your Role

 

·         Learn survey design and programming: build new surveys from start to finish within the Medallia platform (Medallia can provide training)

·         Upon completing Medallia training, set up and manage survey settings, including form structure, question types, targeting options, and translations.

·         Work with internal teams (client research) and key stakeholders to define survey requirements to gather feedback.

·         Troubleshoot technical issues and adapt survey programs as needed based on project requirements and client feedback.

·         Help our business partners achieve their goals by leveraging digital services in the most effective way.

·         Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for each test.

 

Experience You Bring

·         Strong analytical and data analysis skills to build reports and understand survey performance.

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.

·         Have an inquisitive and innovative mindset with a demonstrated ability to recognize opportunities to create distinctive value

·         Familiarity with mutual fund/asset management industry operations would be an added advantage

·         Good analytical skills including attention to detail

·         Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with a network of colleagues spread across different time zones

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to ask questions, relate, connect the dots and see Big Picture.

·         Shall be a good team player & open to work flexible hours

·         Ability to work in agile, test & learn, and iterative environment

·         Excellent stakeholder management skills

 

Academic requirements

·         70% or equivalent CGPA/CQPI throughout 10th, 12th , UG course and post graduate.uate.*
