Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for meeting potential clients, generating leads, and increasing sales for the company. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers and promote company products/services.
• Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain good relationships with existing clients.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the sales manager.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in field sales (preferred).
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel locally for client meetings.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass / Any Graduate.

Salary:

• ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) + incentives.
