Gym Instructor

We are looking for a dedicated and disciplined Male/Female Gym Trainer. Female Trainer Highly Preffered who is passionate about fitness and committed to helping members achieve their health goals. The trainer must maintain strict punctuality, professionalism, and discipline while conducting training sessions and managing gym members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct personal training sessions for gym members.
• Create custom workout plans based on member fitness goals.
• Ensure members perform exercises safely and correctly.
• Maintain punctuality and adhere to the assigned training schedule.
• Maintain discipline and professionalism inside the gym.
• Guide members on basic nutrition and fitness habits.
• Keep the gym floor organized and equipment properly arranged.
• Motivate members and help them stay consistent with workouts.
• Maintain gym area clean and organized.

Work Discipline & Expectations:

Trainer must arrive on time for every shift and training session.

Maintain professional behavior with all members.

No unnecessary phone usage during working hours.

Follow gym rules and maintain a clean and positive training environment.

Inform management in advance for any leave or schedule changes.

Timings (6:00 - 10:00) Am & Pm

Requirements:

• Certification in Fitness Training / Personal Training (If Has preferred)
• Minimum 0-1 years experience in a gym or fitness center.
• Good knowledge of workouts, strength training, and basic nutrition.
• Strong communication and motivational skills.
• Must be disciplined, punctual, and responsible.
