Job Description

¸  Job Summary

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing core HR operations across branches, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to exit. This role demands efficiency in documentation, compliance handling, payroll support, and grievance management while maintaining accurate HRMS records. The HR Executive will also oversee staff accommodation, coordinate with banks for employee accounts, and act as a vital link between branch administration and corporate HR. By ensuring timely onboarding, compliance submissions, and daily attendance accuracy, the HR Executive plays a key role in supporting organizational discipline, employee satisfaction, and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities


1, Onboarding & Induction: Complete same-day onboarding, collect and verify documents, issue uniforms, and enrol staff in HRMS & punching system.

2, Documentation & Compliance: Gather ESIC/EPFO documents, maintain statutory records, and forward to head office for timely processing.

3, Exit Formalities: Manage resignations, conduct clearance, and close employee profiles in HRMS.

4, Accommodation Oversight: Allocate staff housing, conduct regular audits for cleanliness, safety, and prevent misuse.

5, Bank Coordination: Liaise with banks to open employee accounts and resolve related queries.

6, Attendance & Payroll Management: Monitor daily attendance, update HRMS records, and ensure accuracy of employee data.

7, Grievance Handling: Record, track, and support resolution of employee grievances with proper documentation.

8, Branch HR Coordination: Act as a communication bridge between branch admin teams and corporate HR for smooth operations.



Note ! Working Location is Appa Junction Kalimandir VALLEY OAK Junior College Building Near Shadaan Medical College.
